Article R421-12 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

The multiannual residence permit bearing the wording “talent passport” provided for in articles L. 421-9, L. 421-10 or L. 421-13, the multiannual residence permit bearing the wording “talent passport-European Blue Card” provided for in article L. 421-11 and the multi-annual residence permit bearing the wording “talent-researcher passport” or “talent-researcher passport-mobility programme” provided for in article L. 421-14 are valid for the same period as the employment contract or the hosting agreement submitted in support of the residence permit application, up to a maximum period of four years.

This residence permit is valid for a maximum period of four years.

La carte de séjour pluriannuelle portant la mention ” passeport talent ” prévue aux articles L. 421-9, L. 421-10 ou L. 421-13, la carte de séjour pluriannuelle portant la mention ” passeport talent-carte bleue européenne ” prévue à l’article L. 421-11 et la carte de séjour pluriannuelle portant la mention ” passeport talent-chercheur ” ou ” passeport talent-chercheur-programme de mobilité ” prévue à l’article L. 421-14 ont une durée de validité identique à celle du contrat de travail ou de la convention d’accueil présentés à l’appui de la demande de titre de séjour, dans la limite d’une durée de quatre ans.
