Article R421-15 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

The multiannual residence permit bearing the wording “talent passport” provided for in articles L. 421-9 or L. 421-10, the multiannual residence permit bearing the wording “talent passport-European blue card” provided for in article L. 421-11, and the multiannual residence permit bearing the wording “talent-researcher passport” or “talent-researcher passport-mobility programme” provided for in article L. 421-14 may not be withdrawn on the grounds that the foreign national has been deprived of employment through no fault of his or her own.

It is not possible to withdraw the multiannual residence permit bearing the wording “talent-researcher passport” or “talent-researcher pass-mobility programme” provided for in article L. 421-14.

La carte de séjour pluriannuelle portant la mention ” passeport talent ” prévue aux articles L. 421-9 ou L. 421-10, la carte de séjour pluriannuelle portant la mention ” passeport talent-carte bleue européenne ” prévue à l’article L. 421-11, et la carte de séjour pluriannuelle portant la mention ” passeport talent-chercheur ” ou ” passeport talent-chercheur-programme de mobilité ” prévue à l’article L. 421-14 ne peuvent être retirées au motif que l’étranger s’est trouvé, autrement que de son fait, privé d’emploi.
