Article R421-26 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

The administrative authority’s decision on the application for a multiannual residence permit bearing the wording “talent-researcher passport” or “talent-researcher passport-mobility programme” provided for in article L. 421-14 is notified to the foreign national in writing as soon as possible and no later than sixty days from the date on which the complete application is submitted.

Article R421-26

La décision de l’autorité administrative sur la demande de délivrance de la carte de séjour pluriannuelle portant la mention ” passeport talent-chercheur ” ou ” passeport talent-chercheur-programme de mobilité ” prévue à l ‘ article L. 421-14 est notifiée par écrit à l’étranger dans les meilleurs délais et au plus tard dans les soixante jours à compter de la date d’introduction de la demande complète.
Par dérogation à l’article R. 432-2, le silence gardé par l’autorité administrative sur la demande fait naître une décision implicite de rejet au terme d’un délai de soixante jours.
