Article R421-31 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

The Minister responsible for immigration may withdraw the authorisation to work in France provided for in article L. 421-15 for one of the following reasons:
1° The foreign national no longer has valid travel documents;
2° The foreign national no longer has a residence permit issued by the first Member State;
3° The foreign national no longer has sufficient resources;
4° The foreign national no longer has a hosting agreement concluded in the first Member State;
5° The foreign national’s host entity was created with the main aim of facilitating the entry of foreign nationals;
6° The foreign national is staying on French territory for purposes other than those for which his or her stay was authorised;
7° The foreign national constitutes a threat to public order, public security or public health.

Le ministre chargé de l’immigration peut retirer l’autorisation d’exercer une mobilité en France prévue à l’article L. 421-15 pour l’un des motifs suivants :
1° L’étranger ne dispose plus de documents de voyage en cours de validité ;
2° L’étranger ne dispose plus d’un titre de séjour délivré par le premier Etat membre ;
3° L’étranger ne justifie plus de ressources suffisantes ;
4° L’étranger ne dispose plus d’une convention d’accueil conclue dans le premier Etat membre ;
5° L’entité d’accueil de l’étranger a été créée dans le but principal de faciliter l’entrée des étrangers ;
6° L’étranger séjourne sur le territoire français à d’autres fins que celles pour lesquelles son séjour a été autorisé ;
7° L’étranger constitue une menace pour l’ordre public, la sécurité publique ou la santé publique.
