Article R421-36 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

The multiannual residence permit bearing the “talent passport” mention provided for in article L. 421-18 is withdrawn in the following situations:
1° The operation or commitment mentioned in article R. 421-35 which motivated its issue does not begin to be carried out within one year of the date of issue of this card;
2° It is established that the funds required for the operation mentioned in article R. 421-35 come from illegal activities.

Le carte de séjour pluriannuelle portant la mention ” passeport talent ” prévue à l’article L. 421-18 est retirée dans les situations suivantes :
1° L’opération ou l’engagement mentionné à l’article R. 421-35 ayant motivé sa délivrance ne connaît aucun début d’exécution dans un délai d’un an suivant la date de délivrance de cette carte ;
2° Il est établi que les fonds nécessaires à l’opération mentionnée à l’article R. 421-35 proviennent d’activités illicites.
