Article R421-58 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

The temporary residence permit bearing the wording “ICT trainee” provided for in article L. 421-30 or the temporary residence permit bearing the wording “ICT mobile trainee” provided for in article L. 421-31 is withdrawn in the following situations:
1° The establishment or company employing the foreign national who holds it was set up in France with the main aim of facilitating the entry and residence in France of foreign nationals carrying out an assignment on French territory within the scope of 2° of article L. 1262-1 of the Labour Code;
2° The foreign national’s employer or host company has been convicted under article L. 8256-1 of the same code.

La carte de séjour temporaire portant la mention ” stagiaire ICT ” prévue à l’article L. 421-30 ou la carte de séjour temporaire portant la mention ” stagiaire mobile ICT ” prévue à l’article L. 421-31 est retirée dans les situations suivantes :
1° L’établissement ou l’entreprise d’emploi de l’étranger qui en est titulaire a été créé en France dans le but principal de faciliter l’entrée et le séjour en France d’étrangers effectuant une mission sur le territoire français dans le cadre du 2° de l’article L. 1262-1 du code du travail ;
2° L’employeur ou l’entreprise d’accueil de l’étranger a été condamné en vertu de l’article L. 8256-1 du même code.
