Article R*421-64 of the French Insurance Code

For the application of Articles L. 421-11 and L. 421-12, the guarantee fund reimburses the French central bureau for the sums paid by this body in connection with the compensation of accident victims or their dependants by a foreign national bureau of insurance under the conditions laid down by agreement between the national bureaux of insurance.

The terms and conditions of this reimbursement are set out in articles R. 421-65 to R. 421-67.

Pour l’application des articles L. 421-11 et L. 421-12, le fonds de garantie rembourse au bureau central français les sommes versées par cet organisme à l’occasion de l’indemnisation des victimes d’accidents ou de leurs ayants droit par un bureau national d’assurance étranger dans les conditions fixées par accord conclu entre les bureaux nationaux d’assurance.

Les modalités de ce remboursement sont fixées aux articles R. 421-65 à R. 421-67.
