La carte de séjour temporaire portant la mention ” étudiant ” prévue aux articles L. 422-1 ou L. 422-2 peut être retirée si l’étranger qui en est titulaire ne respecte pas la limite de 60 % de la durée de travail annuelle mentionnée à l’article L. 422-1.
