Article R4222-21 of the French Labour Code

The employer shall indicate in a set of instructions for use the arrangements made for ventilation and shall lay down the measures to be taken in the event of a breakdown in the installations.
These instructions are drawn up taking account, where appropriate, of the information in the instructions supplied by the project owner in accordance with article R. 4212-7.
It is subject to the opinion of the occupational physician and the social and economic committee.

Article R4222-21

L’employeur indique dans une consigne d’utilisation les dispositions prises pour la ventilation et fixe les mesures à prendre en cas de panne des installations.
Cette consigne est établie en tenant compte, s’il y a lieu, des indications de la notice d’instructions fournie par le maître d’ouvrage conformément à l’article R. 4212-7.
Elle est soumise à l’avis du médecin du travail, du comité social et économique.
