Article R4222-6 of the French Public Health Code

Any pharmacist who performs professional acts in France without being registered with the ordre, under the conditions set out in article L. 4222-9, is subject to the disciplinary chamber of the competent section responsible for the offence committed.

The President of the Conseil national de l’ordre des pharmaciens will receive the pleadings and documents produced by the parties. He may submit observations in the number and within the time required in the notification. These are communicated to the parties.

In the event that several first instance disciplinary chambers are simultaneously seized of complaints against a pharmacist providing services, the president of the national disciplinary chamber designates the first instance disciplinary chamber that will rule on the complaints.

Le pharmacien qui exécute des actes professionnels en France sans être inscrit au tableau de l’ordre, dans les conditions prévues à l’article L. 4222-9, est soumis à la chambre de discipline de la section compétente dont relève la faute commise.


Le président du Conseil national de l’ordre des pharmaciens reçoit communication des mémoires et pièces produites par les parties. Il peut produire des observations dans les conditions de nombre et de délai requises dans la notification. Celles-ci sont communiquées aux parties.


Dans le cas où plusieurs chambres de discipline de première instance sont simultanément saisies de plaintes contre un pharmacien prestataire de services, le président de la chambre de discipline nationale désigne la chambre de discipline de première instance qui statue sur les plaintes.
