Unless he resigns, a member of the Regulatory Control Commission may only cease to hold office if the Regulatory Control Commission finds that he is prevented from carrying out his duties in accordance with the conditions laid down in its Rules of Procedure, after the member concerned has been informed and given an opportunity to comment.

Sauf démission, les fonctions d’un membre de la commission du contrôle de la réglementation ne peuvent prendre fin qu’en cas d’empêchement constaté par la commission du contrôle de la réglementation dans les conditions définies par son règlement intérieur, après que l’intéressé a été informé et mis à même de présenter ses observations.
