Article R424-8 of the French Insurance Code

A management board is set up for the guarantee fund for risks relating to the agricultural spreading of urban or industrial sewage sludge. The Board is chaired by the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Caisse Centrale de Réassurance.

The Board also includes:

1° A representative of the Minister for the Environment;

2° A representative of the Minister for Agriculture;

3° A representative of the Minister for the Economy;

4° A representative of the Minister for the Budget.

The secretariat of the Council is provided by the Caisse Centrale de Réassurance.

Article R424-8

Il est institué un conseil de gestion du fonds de garantie des risques liés à l’épandage agricole des boues d’épuration urbaines ou industrielles. Ce conseil est présidé par le président du conseil d’administration de la Caisse centrale de réassurance.

Ce conseil comprend en outre :

1° Un représentant du ministre chargé de l’environnement ;

2° Un représentant du ministre chargé de l’agriculture ;

3° Un représentant du ministre chargé de l’économie ;

4° Un représentant du ministre chargé du budget.

Le secrétariat du conseil est assuré par la Caisse centrale de réassurance.
