Article R4412-142 of the French Labour Code

An order by the Minister for Employment determines :

1° The conditions, procedures and criteria for the accreditation of certifying bodies on the basis of the technical reference system defined by the body responsible for accreditation ;

2° The conditions, procedures and criteria for the certification of the training bodies mentioned in article R. 4412-141, taking particular account of their qualifications, the training methods, resources and teaching techniques used and the conditions for issuing the attestation of competence on the basis of the technical reference framework defined by the bodies responsible for certification.

Article R4412-142

Un arrêté du ministre chargé du travail détermine :

1° Les conditions, procédures et critères d’accréditation des organismes certificateurs sur la base du référentiel technique défini par l’organisme chargé de l’accréditation ;

2° Les conditions, procédures et critères de certification des organismes de formation mentionnés à l’article R. 4412-141, en tenant compte notamment de leur qualification, des méthodes de formation, des moyens et des techniques pédagogiques mis en œuvre ainsi que les conditions de délivrance de l’attestation de compétence sur la base du référentiel technique défini par les organismes chargés de la certification.
