If the results of the risk assessment reveal a risk to workers’ health or safety, the employer shall make available to exposed workers and to the Social and Economic Committee appropriate information on :
1° The industrial activities or processes carried out, including the reasons why carcinogens, mutagens or agents toxic to reproduction are used;
2° The quantities manufactured or used of substances or preparations containing carcinogens, mutagens or agents toxic to reproduction;
3° The number of workers exposed;
4° The preventive measures taken;
5° The type of protective equipment to be used;
6° The nature and degree of exposure, in particular its duration;
7° Cases of substitution by another product.
