Article R4424-4 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The higher education and research map drawn up by the Assembly of Corsica under the conditions provided for in article L. 4424-3 defines the types of training provided by Corsican higher education establishments as well as the location of these training courses and research and documentation activities. It includes in particular the training provided by the university institute for teacher training, the sections for higher technicians and the university institutes of technology.

La carte de l’enseignement supérieur et de la recherche établie par l’Assemblée de Corse dans les conditions prévues à l’article L. 4424-3 définit les types de formation qu’assurent les établissements d’enseignement supérieur de Corse ainsi que la localisation de ces formations et des activités de recherche et de documentation. Elle inclut notamment les formations assurées par l’institut universitaire de formation des maîtres, les sections de techniciens supérieurs et les instituts universitaires de technologie.
