The committee meets when convened by its chairman. The notice of meeting, together with the agenda drawn up by the Chairman, is sent to the members of the committee at least ten days before the date of the meeting.

La commission se réunit sur convocation de son président. La convocation, accompagnée de l’ordre du jour arrêté par le président, est adressée aux membres de la commission dix jours au moins avant la date de la réunion.
