Article R*4433-30 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The conference is chaired by a delegate for regional cooperation in the Antilles-Guyane zone, appointed by decree. It is made up of members of the management committees of the regional cooperation funds of Guadeloupe, French Guiana and Martinique, as well as representatives of the territorial councils of Saint-Barthélemy and Saint-Martin, appointed respectively by the presidents of each of the territorial councils.

The latter may hear any person whose hearing is deemed useful by the Chairman.

La conférence est présidée par un délégué à la coopération régionale dans la zone Antilles-Guyane, nommé par décret. Elle est composée des membres des comités de gestion des fonds de coopération régionale de la Guadeloupe, de la Guyane et de la Martinique, ainsi que des représentants des conseils territoriaux de Saint-Barthélemy et de Saint-Martin, désignés respectivement par les présidents de chacun des conseils territoriaux.

Celle-ci peut entendre toute personne dont l’audition est jugée utile par le président.
