Article R4451-70 of the French Labour Code

I.-The occupational physician, under his responsibility, may communicate, in application of Article L. 4451-2, to the radiation protection advisor information covered by medical confidentiality relating to the internal dose, when this is linked to occupational exposure and strictly useful for prevention.

II – The employer or, as the case may be, the person in charge of the competent radiation protection organisation mentioned in 2° of Article R. 4451-112, shall provide the radiation protection consultant with the necessary means to enable the latter to comply with the requirements of professional secrecy mentioned in Article L. 4451-3.

Article R4451-70

I.-Le médecin du travail, sous sa responsabilité, peut communiquer, en application de l’article L. 4451-2, au conseiller en radioprotection des informations couvertes par le secret médical relatives à la dose interne, lorsque celle-ci est liée à l’exposition professionnelle et strictement utile à la prévention.

II.-L’employeur ou, selon le cas, le responsable de l’organisme compétent en radioprotection mentionné au 2° de l’article R. 4451-112, met à disposition du conseiller en radioprotection les moyens nécessaires pour que ce dernier puisse respecter les exigences liées au secret professionnel mentionné à l’article L. 4451-3.
