Subsection 2: Management of individual dosimetric monitoring results

Workers have access to all the results of their individual dosimetric monitoring and to their effective dose. They may ask the occupational physician or the Institut de Radioprotection et de Sûreté Nucléaire for information. He may also ask the radiation protection advisor for the results to which the advisor has access.

I.-The occupational health physician shall have access, in their nominative form, to the results of individual dosimetric monitoring as well as to the effective dose of each worker for whom he is responsible for the enhanced individual monitoring provided for in Article R. 4451-82. At least once a year, the employer shall present to the social and economic committee a statistical report on the monitoring of workers’ exposure and changes therein, in a form that excludes any identification of workers by name.
