Article R4513-12 of the French Labour Code

By agreement between the heads of the user undertaking and the external undertaking and the occupational health doctors concerned, individual monitoring of the state of health and, for agricultural employees, of article R. 717-14 of the Rural and Maritime Fishing Code, may be carried out by the occupational health doctor of the user undertaking on behalf of the external undertaking. This agreement may also stipulate that the user company’s occupational physician and, where applicable, the other members of the multidisciplinary occupational health team, carry out the workplace actions provided for in articles R. 4624-1 et seq. on behalf of the employees of the external company.

The user company’s occupational physician communicates the results to the external company’s physician.

Par accord entre les chefs de l’entreprise utilisatrice et de l’entreprise extérieure et les médecins du travail intéressés, le suivi individuel de l’état de santé et pour les salariés agricoles, à l’article R. 717-14 du code rural et de la pêche maritime, peut être réalisé par le médecin du travail de l’entreprise utilisatrice pour le compte de l’entreprise extérieure. Cet accord peut également prévoir que le médecin du travail de l’entreprise utilisatrice et, le cas échéant, les autres membres de l’équipe pluridisciplinaire de santé au travail, mènent les actions sur le milieu de travail prévues aux articles R. 4624-1 et suivants pour le compte des salariés de l’entreprise extérieure.

Le médecin du travail de l’entreprise utilisatrice communique les résultats au médecin de l’entreprise extérieure.
