Article R4513-9 of the French Labour Code

When it is compulsory to draw up a written prevention plan, in application of article R. 4512-7, this plan is made available to the occupational physician of the user company and to the occupational physicians of the external companies concerned.
The latter are informed of any updates.
The prevention plan and its updates are sent to them at their request.

Lorsque l’établissement d’un plan de prévention par écrit est obligatoire, en application de l’article R. 4512-7, ce plan est tenu à la disposition du médecin du travail de l’entreprise utilisatrice et des médecins du travail des entreprises extérieures intéressées.
Ceux-ci sont informés de ses mises à jour.
Le plan de prévention et ses mises à jour leur sont communiqués sur leur demande.
