Article R4532-27 of the French Labour Code

A coordinator who has exercised his function at a given level of competence for five years may be recognised as having the level of competence immediately above, if he has previously acquired, on completion of the corresponding training, the certificate of competence corresponding to that level.

If he holds one of the diplomas referred to in 1° of article R. 4532-25 or article R. 4532-26, the condition of length of service referred to in the first paragraph is reduced to two years.

Article R4532-27

Le coordonnateur qui a exercé pendant cinq ans sa fonction à un niveau de compétence donné peut se voir reconnaître le niveau de compétence immédiatement supérieur, s’il a préalablement acquis, à l’issue de la formation correspondante, l’attestation de compétence correspondant à ce niveau.

S’il est titulaire de l’un des diplômes visés au 1° de l’article R. 4532-25 ou de l’article R. 4532-26, la condition de durée d’exercice mentionnée au premier alinéa est réduite à deux ans.
