Article R4532-56 of the French Labour Code

The contractor required to submit a specific health and safety plan to the coordinator or the project owner, pursuant to the first paragraph of article L. 4532-9, has thirty days from receipt of the contract signed by the project owner to draw up this plan.

L’entrepreneur tenu de remettre un plan particulier de sécurité et de santé au coordonnateur ou au maître d’ouvrage, en application du premier alinéa de l’article L. 4532-9, dispose de trente jours à compter de la réception du contrat signé par le maître de l’ouvrage pour établir ce plan.
