Article R4532-7 of the French Labour Code

The project owner asks the building owner for the technical files containing information relating to the search for and identification of materials containing asbestos, as provided for in articles R. 1334-29-4 to R. 1334-29-6 of the Public Health Code andarticle R.126-10 of the Building and Housing Code or, where applicable, the asbestos detection report provided for in article R. 4412-97-5 of this Code.

It communicates these documents to the project manager and the coordinator.

Article R4532-7

Le maître d’ouvrage demande au propriétaire du bâtiment les dossiers techniques regroupant les informations relatives à la recherche et à l’identification des matériaux contenant de l’amiante prévus aux articles R. 1334-29-4 à R. 1334-29-6 du code de la santé publique et à l’article R. 126-10 du code de la construction et de l’habitation ou, le cas échéant, le rapport de repérage de l’amiante prévu à l’article R. 4412-97-5 du présent code.

Il communique ces documents au maître d’œuvre et au coordonnateur.
