Article R4532-85 of the French Labour Code

The inter-company college meets for the first time as soon as at least two companies are actually present on the worksite, and then at least every three months at the invitation of its chairman.
In addition, it is convened by the chairman:
1° At the request of the majority of the representatives with voting rights;
2° At the reasoned request of one third of the members representing the employees;
3° Following any accident which has had or may have had serious consequences.

Le collège interentreprises se réunit pour la première fois dès que deux entreprises au moins sont effectivement présentes sur le chantier, puis au moins tous les trois mois sur convocation de son président.
En outre, il est réuni par celui-ci :
1° A la demande de la majorité des représentants ayant voix délibérative ;
2° A la demande motivée du tiers des membres représentant les salariés ;
3° A la suite de tout accident ayant eu ou ayant pu avoir des conséquences graves.
