The employee is entitled to a return to work examination by the occupational physician:

1° After maternity leave ;

2° After an absence due to an occupational illness ;

3° After an absence of at least thirty days due to an accident at work;

4° After an absence of at least sixty days due to a non-occupational illness or accident.

As soon as the employer is aware of the date of the end of the period of absence from work, he notifies the occupational health and prevention service, which organises the resumption examination on the day the employee actually resumes work, and at the latest within eight days of this resumption.
