Article R4624-36 of the French Labour Code

Complementary examinations are the responsibility of the employer when he has an independent occupational health and prevention service and of the inter-company occupational health and prevention service in other cases.

The occupational physician carries out or arranges for these examinations to be carried out within the occupational health and prevention service, or chooses the organisation responsible for carrying out the examinations.

The examinations are carried out under conditions that guarantee their anonymity.

Les examens complémentaires sont à la charge de l’employeur lorsqu’il dispose d’un service autonome de prévention et de santé au travail et du service de prévention et de santé au travail interentreprises dans les autres cas.


Le médecin du travail réalise ou fait réaliser ces examens au sein du service de prévention et de santé au travail, ou choisit l’organisme chargé de pratiquer les examens.


Ces derniers sont réalisés dans des conditions garantissant le respect de leur anonymat.
