The conditions under which the occupational physician and, under his authority, the health professionals of the temporary work agency have access to the workstations used or likely to be used by temporary workers are agreed between the user undertaking and the temporary work agency, after consultation with the occupational physicians concerned.

Les conditions dans lesquelles le médecin du travail et, sous son autorité, les professionnels de santé de l’entreprise de travail temporaire ont accès aux postes de travail utilisés ou susceptibles d’être utilisés par des travailleurs temporaires sont fixées entre l’entreprise utilisatrice et l’entreprise de travail temporaire, après avis des médecins du travail intéressés.
