The intervention of the occupational risk prevention consultant registered under the conditions laid down in section 2 is subject to the conclusion of an agreement between the latter and the employer or the president of the inter-company occupational health service.
This agreement specifies:
1° The activities entrusted to the occupational risk prevention consultant and the procedures for carrying them out;
2° The resources made available to the consultant and the rules defining his access to workplaces and the performance of his duties, in particular the presentation of his proposals, under conditions which ensure his independence.
