I.-Subject to the provisions of articles R. 512-9 and R. 512-12, the intermediaries referred to in 3° and 4° of I of article R. 511-2 and the employees referred to in a and c to f of 5° of the same article must provide proof of :
1° Either a professional training period of a reasonable and sufficient duration, which may not be less than 150 hours. The work placement, the principles of which are set out in article R. 512-11, must be carried out :
a) With an insurance company or an intermediary referred to in 1° to 4° of I of article R. 511-2 ;
b) At a training centre chosen by the employer or principal;
2° Or one year’s experience as a manager in a position relating to the production or management of insurance or capitalisation contracts, within an insurance undertaking or an intermediary referred to in 1° to 4° of I of article R. 511-2 ;
3° or two years’ experience in a position relating to the production or management of insurance or capitalisation contracts within these same undertakings or intermediaries;
4° Or possession of a diploma, title or certificate included in a list drawn up by order of the ministers responsible for the economy and education.
