Article R512-16-3 of the French Consumer Code

On receipt of the goods, samples are taken and sealed.

These seals retain an identification label bearing in particular the following information:

1° The name under which the goods are being made available;

2° The date and time of the order;

> The date and time of the order
3° The date and time of delivery of the goods;

4° The date and time the samples were taken and sealed;

5° Identification of the person from whom the goods have been ordered: in the case of a natural person, their full name and, in the case of a legal entity, its business name and the address at which it is established, and, where applicable, the name of the online sales site, where this information is known;

6° The serial number of the direct debit;

7° The signature of the authorised official.

The administrative department that ordered the samples enters the identifier on the report and on the label attached to each sample.

A réception des marchandises, des échantillons sont constitués et mis sous scellés.


Ces scellés retiennent une étiquette d’identification portant notamment les indications suivantes :


1° La dénomination sous laquelle la marchandise est mise à disposition ;


2° La date et l’heure de la commande ;


3° La date et l’heure de la livraison de la marchandise ;


4° La date et l’heure de la constitution des échantillons et de la mise sous scellés ;


5° L’identification de la personne à laquelle la marchandise a été commandée : s’il s’agit d’une personne physique, ses nom et prénoms et, s’il s’agit d’une personne morale, sa raison sociale et l’adresse où elle est établie, le cas échéant, le nom du site de vente en ligne, lorsque ces informations sont connues ;


6° Le numéro d’ordre du prélèvement ;


7° La signature de l’agent habilité.


Le service administratif qui a commandé les échantillons inscrit l’identifiant sur le procès-verbal et l’étiquette que porte chaque échantillon joint à ce procès-verbal.
