The medicines, products or objects mentioned in article L. 4211-1 may only be dispensed at home in application of article L. 5125-25 when the patient is unable to travel, in particular due to their state of health, age or particular geographical situation.

Les médicaments, produits ou objets mentionnés à l’article L. 4211-1 ne peuvent être dispensés à domicile en application de l’article L. 5125-25 que lorsque le patient est dans l’impossibilité de se déplacer, notamment en raison de son état de santé, de son âge ou de situations géographiques particulières.
