Article R5132-47 of the French Labour Code

Assistance from the Inclusion Development Fund is allocated by the Prefect of the département, after consultation with the Conseil départemental de l’insertion par l’activité économique, or by the Prefect of the region, who determines the amount. They are the subject of agreements between the State and the organisation, which specify in particular the nature, duration and purpose of the action funded.

The Prefect may make the granting of this aid conditional on commitments by the organisation to monitor the actions financed.

Les concours du fonds de développement de l’inclusion sont attribués par le préfet de département, après avis du conseil départemental de l’insertion par l’activité économique, ou par le préfet de région, qui en détermine le montant. Ils font l’objet de conventions entre l’Etat et l’organisme, qui mentionnent notamment la nature, la durée et l’objet de l’action financée.

Le préfet peut subordonner l’attribution de ces aides à des engagements de l’organisme concernant le suivi des actions financées.
