Article R515-11 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

The agency allocates, in accordance with regulations it draws up, an annual credit delegated to it by the State for the funding of projects proposed by non-governmental organisations. It appraises and evaluates these projects.

L’agence répartit, en conformité avec un règlement qu’elle établit, un crédit annuel que lui délègue l’Etat pour le financement de projets proposés par les organisations non gouvernementales. Elle assure l’instruction et l’évaluation de ces projets.
