Article R521-22 of the French Commercial code

On receipt of the documents referred to in articles R. 521-19, R. 521-20 or in article R. 521-21 in the case of a financial lease of movable property, the registrar shall cancel the registration, mentioning the formality and its date in the margin of the registration.

The supporting documents referred to in articles R. 521-20 or R. 521-21 and one of the forms, if two copies have been submitted, shall be attached to the registration.

The court clerk shall issue the applicant with a copy of the form.
The Registrar shall issue the applicant with a receipt summarising the information deleted, the serial number of the original registration and the date of the formality or, where two copies of the form have been submitted, shall return the remaining form to which he shall affix the number of the formality and its date.

The deletion shall take effect on the date on which the registration is cancelled.
The cancellation takes effect on the date on which it is duly completed.

Article R521-22

A réception des pièces visées aux articles R. 521-19, R. 521-20 ou à l’article R. 521-21 s’il s’agit d’une opération de crédit-bail en matière mobilière, le greffier procède à la radiation de l’inscription en mentionnant la formalité et sa date en marge de l’inscription.

Les justificatifs visés aux articles R. 521-20 ou R. 521-21 ainsi que l’un des bordereaux, si deux exemplaires ont été remis, sont annexés à l’inscription.

Le greffier délivre au requérant un récépissé récapitulant les informations radiées ainsi que le numéro d’ordre de l’inscription initiale, la date de la formalité ou, lorsque deux exemplaires du bordereau ont été remis, il restitue le bordereau restant sur lequel il appose le numéro de la formalité et sa date.

La radiation prend effet à la date à laquelle elle a été régulièrement accomplie.
