Article R5211-30 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The order referred to in the last paragraph of Article R. 5211-19 also states, in accordance with the distribution rules laid down in the second paragraph of Article L. 5211-45, the number of members of the restricted formation of the commission départementale de la coopération intercommunale as well as the number of seats allocated respectively to the representatives of the communes for each of the colleges referred to in article R. 5211-20 and to the representatives of the établissements publics de coopération intercommunale à fiscalité propre, and to those of the syndicats de communes and syndicats mixtes. The number of seats thus obtained is rounded off to the nearest whole number.

L’arrêté visé au dernier alinéa de l’article R. 5211-19 constate également, conformément aux règles de répartition fixées au deuxième alinéa de l’article L. 5211-45, le nombre des membres de la formation restreinte de la commission départementale de la coopération intercommunale ainsi que le nombre de sièges attribués respectivement aux représentants des communes pour chacun des collèges visés à l’article R. 5211-20 et aux représentants des établissements publics de coopération intercommunale à fiscalité propre, et à ceux des syndicats de communes et des syndicats mixtes. Le nombre de sièges ainsi obtenus est arrondi au nombre entier le plus proche.
