Article R5211-44 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The file provided for in article L. 5211-50 is made available to the public under the conditions defined in this article at least fifteen days before the ballot.

This file includes, in particular, the deliberation by which the consultation was decided, to which are appended the observations made by the members of the deliberative assembly on the occasion of this deliberation, as well as an information notice on the purpose of the prior consultation.

Le dossier prévu à l’article L. 5211-50 est mis à disposition du public dans les conditions définies à cet article quinze jours au moins avant le scrutin.

Ce dossier comporte notamment la délibération par laquelle la consultation a été décidée à laquelle sont annexées les observations formulées par les membres de l’assemblée délibérante à l’occasion de cette délibération, ainsi qu’une notice d’information sur l’objet de la consultation préalable.
