Article R522-24-6 of the French Commercial code

A request for the amendment or deletion of a registered pledge shall be sent to the platform manager by the creditor or grantor in accordance with the operating rules of the register. The original of the deed amending the pledge is sent to the platform manager.
The amending entry is accompanied by the number of the initial entry in the register and a reference to the date on which it is made. The amending entry will take effect from the date of the original entry.

The deletion of the entry from the register will be effective from the date of deletion.
Cancellation of the entry in the register may be requested on proof, sent to the platform manager by the creditor or settlor, of the agreement of the parties or of a deed discharging the entry, in accordance with the operating rules of the register. Deletion may also be effected by virtue of a final and binding decision.

The platform manager issues a cancellation certificate to the creditor or settlor requesting it. The cancelled or expired entry is no longer entered in the register.

La demande d’inscription modificative ou de radiation d’un gage inscrit est adressée au gestionnaire de la plateforme par le créancier ou le constituant conformément aux règles de fonctionnement du registre. L’original de l’acte modificatif du gage est adressé au gestionnaire de la plateforme.

L’inscription modificative est accompagnée du numéro de l’inscription initiale au registre et de la mention de la date à laquelle elle est effectuée. L’inscription modificative prend effet à compter de cette dernière.

La radiation de l’inscription au registre peut être requise sur justification, transmise au gestionnaire de la plateforme par le créancier ou le constituant, de l’accord des parties ou d’un acte donnant mainlevée de l’inscription, conformément aux règles de fonctionnement du registre. La radiation peut également intervenir en vertu d’une décision passée en force de chose jugée.

Le gestionnaire de la plateforme délivre au créancier ou au constituant qui le requiert un certificat de radiation. L’inscription radiée ou périmée n’est plus inscrite au registre.
