Article R526-2 of the French Commercial code

In accordance with the provisions of Article R. 123-45 and 2° of article R. 123-46, must, within one month, be the subject of an application for an amending entry in the Trade and Companies Register:

1° The waiver of the unseizability of the rights over the principal residence of the registered natural person or its revocation, as provided for in Article L. 526-3 ;

2° The declaration of unseizability of the rights of a natural person who is registered in respect of any property not used for business purposes, as provided for in article L. 526-1, or its revocation as provided for in article L. 526-3.

Article R526-2

Conformément aux dispositions de l’article R. 123-45 et du 2° de l’article R. 123-46, doivent, dans un délai d’un mois, faire l’objet d’une demande d’inscription modificative au registre du commerce et des sociétés :

1° La renonciation à l’insaisissabilité des droits sur la résidence principale de la personne physique immatriculée ou sa révocation, prévues à l’article L. 526-3 ;

2° La déclaration d’insaisissabilité des droits de la personne physique immatriculée sur tout bien foncier non affecté à son usage professionnel, prévue à l’article L. 526-1, ou sa révocation prévue à l’article L. 526-3.
