The person accommodated may request to remain in the place of accommodation beyond the date of the decision to leave the place of accommodation taken by the Office français de l’immigration et de l’intégration pursuant to articles L. 551-11 or L. 551-13, under the following conditions: .
1° If they have been recognised as a refugee or granted subsidiary protection, they may ask to be kept in the accommodation until a solution for accommodation or housing is found, up to a maximum of three months from the date on which their care ends; During this period, the person prepares the arrangements for their discharge with the manager of the accommodation, who takes all necessary measures to facilitate their access to their rights, to the integrated reception and orientation service, and to a suitable accommodation or housing offer; This period may be extended for a maximum of three additional months with the agreement of the Office;
2° In other cases, the person may ask to remain in the accommodation for a maximum of one month from the end of the period of care; during this period, the person prepares the arrangements for leaving with the manager of the accommodation.
