Article R591-1 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

For the application of this book in the collectivities governed by Article 73 of the Constitution:
1° References to the prefect are replaced by references to the representative of the State in the collectivity and references to the prefecture are replaced by references to the State services in the collectivity;
2° The provisions of Title VII do not apply;
3° Article R. 581-19 does not apply.

Pour l’application du présent livre dans les collectivités régies par l’article 73 de la Constitution :
1° Les références au préfet sont remplacées par la référence au représentant de l’Etat dans la collectivité et les références à la préfecture sont remplacées par la référence aux services de l’Etat dans la collectivité ;
2° Les dispositions du titre VII ne sont pas applicables ;
3° L’article R. 581-19 n’est pas applicable.
