Article R6123-108 of the French Public Health Code

Authorisation for interventional activity under medical imaging in neuroradiology, category A, may only be granted if the holder draws up an agreement with a structure authorised to carry out interventional activity under medical imaging in neuroradiology, category B.

The agreement provides in particular for the sharing of professional practices and the arrangements for connecting information systems, in particular to enable images to be shared in real time.

L’autorisation d’activité interventionnelle sous imagerie médicale en neuroradiologie de mention A ne peut être accordée que si le titulaire établit une convention avec une structure autorisée à réaliser l’activité interventionnelle sous imagerie médicale en neuroradiologie de mention B.

La convention prévoit notamment le partage des pratiques professionnelles et les modalités de connexion des systèmes d’information afin, notamment, de permettre le partage d’images en temps réel.
