I-The holder of a hospital-at-home authorisation with the “base” designation is authorised to provide all the types of care provided for in article R. 6123-139, with the exception of those requiring the holder of an authorisation with one of the other three designations in article R. 6123-141, subject to the provisions of II of the same article.
II.A hospital at home authorisation bearing the wording “base” may only be granted if the holder has, either internally or by agreement:
1° Access to a facility authorised to carry out critical care activity, allowing the patient to be transferred;
2° Access to a facility authorised to carry out medical activity in the form of full hospitalisation, allowing the patient to be transferred;
3° Access to a facility authorised to carry out surgical activity in the form of full hospitalisation, allowing the patient to be transferred.
III.A home hospitalisation authorisation bearing the wording “base” may only be granted if the holder:
1° Either has an authorised in-house pharmacy;
2° Or, pursuant to I of article L. 5126-10, has entered into an agreement with a pharmacist managing an in-house pharmacy or a pharmacist holding a dispensary.
Medicinal products reserved for hospital use are supplied under the conditions set out in article R. 5126-110.
