Article R6123-198 of the French Public Health Code

To be authorised for “perinatal psychiatry”, the holder must be authorised for “adult psychiatry” and “child and adolescent psychiatry”. By way of derogation, the holder of a “child and adolescent psychiatry” authorisation may enter into an agreement with a holder of the “adult psychiatry” authorisation.

Pour être autorisé pour la mention “ psychiatrie périnatale ”, le titulaire doit être autorisé pour la mention “ psychiatrie de l’adulte ” et la mention “ psychiatrie de l’enfant et de l’adolescent ”. Par dérogation, le titulaire d’une autorisation “ psychiatrie de l’enfant et de l’adolescent ” peut établir une convention avec un titulaire de l’autorisation de la mention “ psychiatrie de l’adulte ”.
