Article R6123-21 of the French Labour Code

The members of the Board of Directors and the employees of France Compétences carry out their duties in accordance with the principles set out in a code of ethics, prepared by the Director General and adopted by the Board of Directors.

This charter includes specific provisions applicable to agents assigned to missions relating to the certification provided for in 8° of article L. 6123-5, to the mediation provided for in article R. 6123-14 and to missions relating to the evaluation and recommendations mentioned in 7°, 10° and 12° of article L. 6123-5.

Article R6123-21

Les membres du conseil d’administration et les agents de France compétences exercent leurs fonctions dans le respect de principes fixés dans une charte déontologique, préparée par le directeur général et adoptée par le conseil d’administration.

Cette charte comprend des dispositions spécifiques applicables aux agents affectés aux missions relatives à la certification prévue au 8° de l’article L. 6123-5, à la médiation prévue à l’article R. 6123-14 et aux missions relatives à l’évaluation et aux recommandations mentionnées au 7°, 10° et 12° de l’article L. 6123-5.
