Article R6123-24 of the French Labour Code

France Compétences pays the State an annual grant to finance training for jobseekers in application of b of 3° of article L. 6123-5.

The amount of this allocation is set by decision of the France Compétences Board of Directors before 30th November of the year preceding the payment. After this date and in the absence of a deliberation, this amount is set by joint order of the Minister for Vocational Training and the Minister for the Budget.

France compétences verse à l’Etat une dotation annuelle pour le financement de la formation des demandeurs d’emploi en application du b du 3° de l’article L. 6123-5.

Le montant de cette dotation est fixé par délibération du conseil d’administration de France compétences avant le 30 novembre de l’année précédant le versement. Après cette date et en l’absence de délibération, ce montant est fixé par arrêté conjoint du ministre chargé de la formation professionnelle et du ministre chargé du budget.
