Article R6123-3-11 of the French Labour Code

Where necessary, the Chairman of the Regional Council and the Regional Prefect may jointly invite representatives of local authorities or operators who are not members of the Regional Committee for Employment, Training and Vocational Guidance, or qualified personalities, to attend plenary sessions of the Committee without taking part in deliberations relating to the opinions mentioned in article R. 6123-3-2, those of the Bureau or those of the commissions mentioned in article R. 6123-3-13.

Article R6123-3-11

En tant que de besoin, le président du conseil régional et le préfet de région peuvent inviter conjointement des représentants de collectivités territoriales ou d’opérateurs ne faisant pas partie du comité régional de l’emploi, de la formation et de l’orientation professionnelles, ou des personnalités qualifiées, à participer aux séances plénières du comité sans prendre part aux délibérations relatives aux avis mentionnés à l’article R. 6123-3-2, à celles du bureau ou celles des commissions mentionnées à l’article R. 6123-3-13.
