Article R6123-93-4 of the French Public Health Code

I.-When the holder of an external radiotherapy authorisation carries out treatments under stereotactic conditions, it must have at least two particle machines, at least one of which must be capable of carrying out radiotherapy treatments under stereotactic conditions.

II – If the holder performs intracranial radiotherapy under stereotactic conditions for primary brain tumours, a protocol is drawn up in advance with doctors specialising in neurosurgery who perform intracranial radiosurgery under stereotactic conditions in accordance with article R. 6123-100.

I.-Lorsque le titulaire d’une autorisation de radiothérapie externe réalise des traitements en conditions stéréotaxiques, il doit disposer d’un parc d’au-moins deux appareils à particules dont au moins un permettant de réaliser des traitements de radiothérapie en conditions stéréotaxiques.

II.-Si le titulaire pratique la technique de radiothérapie intracrânienne sous condition stéréotaxique pour les tumeurs primitives cérébrales, une protocolisation est pré-établie avec des médecins spécialisés en neurochirurgie pratiquant la radiochirurgie intracrânienne sous conditions stéréotaxiques au titre de l’article R. 6123-100.
