When the president of the court issues an order temporarily suspending proceedings against one of the persons referred to in Article R. 613-16, the court clerk shall forward this information, in writing and without delay, to the Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution.

Lorsque le président du tribunal rend une ordonnance prononçant la suspension provisoire des poursuites à l’encontre d’une des personnes mentionnées à l’article R. 613-16, le greffier transmet cette information, par écrit et sans délai, à l’Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution.
