Article R6142-16 of the French Public Health Code

A set of rules, appended to the agreement, sets out :

1° The conditions of residence and movement, on the one hand, on the grounds and in the hospital buildings or departments, of students and staff from training and research units who are not teaching and hospital staff and, on the other hand, on the university premises, of hospital staff;

2° The conditions under which staff working exclusively for the university or its training and research units, or for the university hospital centre, may be employed jointly by the parties to the agreement;

3° The conditions under which the directors of the training and research units and the general manager of the university hospital centre ensure good order within the university hospital centre or the dental care, teaching and research centre.

Article R6142-16

Un règlement, annexé à la convention, fixe :

1° Les conditions de séjour et de circulation, d’une part, sur les terrains et dans les bâtiments ou services hospitaliers, des étudiants et des personnels des unités de formation et de recherche n’appartenant pas au personnel enseignant et hospitalier et d’autre part, dans les locaux universitaires, des personnels hospitaliers ;

2° Les conditions dans lesquelles les personnels relevant exclusivement soit de l’université ou des unités de formation et de recherche, soit du centre hospitalier universitaire peuvent être employés conjointement par les parties signataires de la convention ;

3° Les conditions dans lesquelles les directeurs des unités de formation et de recherche et le directeur général du centre hospitalier universitaire assurent le bon ordre à l’intérieur du centre hospitalier et universitaire ou du centre de soins, d’enseignement et de recherche dentaires.
